The agreement between you and DNK Institute when you use this website or our Android app: your account, buying courses, what you may do with them, and teaching here.
DNK Institute Ltd runs the online learning platform at dnkinstitute.com and the DNK Institute Android app. By creating an account or using either, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Prices are shown in Zambian Kwacha. A course is bought with a single payment: there is no subscription and nothing renews or charges you again. Payments are taken by Lenco, our payment provider, in its own checkout, and Lenco's terms apply to the payment itself. The price you pay is the one confirmed at checkout, even if the course price changes afterwards.
A discount code can be used once per person, only on the courses it covers, and only while it is valid. Codes have no cash value.
If you were charged and did not get the course, were charged twice, or something else went wrong with a payment, email us at info@denovofx.com with the payment reference and we will look into it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Zambian consumer protection law.
Buying a course gives you a personal license to watch, read and study it for your own learning. It does not give you ownership of the content. You may not:
Lessons you save for offline viewing in the app are for you alone, on your own device.
Reviews, ratings, questions, replies and coursework remain yours. By posting a review or a question, you let us show it on the platform to other learners. Coursework you hand in is seen only by you and your instructor. Do not post anything unlawful, abusive, misleading, or anything you do not have the right to share. We may remove content that breaks these terms.
Your quiz answers and coursework must be your own work. A certificate is awarded when you meet the course's completion requirement, and it shows that you completed that course on DNK Institute. Unless a course says otherwise, it is not a formal academic qualification or a professional license. We may withdraw a certificate that was obtained dishonestly.
Cohort courses may include live sessions held on third-party video meeting services. Join links are for you alone; do not share them. Instructors may move or cancel a session, and you will be told in the app when they do.
To publish courses you must apply and be approved. As an instructor:
We may unpublish a course or remove an instructor who breaks these terms.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by sharing course content or an account. Where we can, we will tell you why first. You can stop using the service at any time.
We work to keep the platform available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors. Courses are for education only; they are not professional advice for your particular situation. As far as the law allows, DNK Institute is not responsible for indirect losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia, and the courts of Zambia have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@denovofx.com and we will try to resolve it.
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top. If we make a significant change, we will tell you in the app or on the website before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
